translation: they have an anti-cheat system, so you can't hack.
but you actually can, not with CE but with OllyDBG or packet editing.

get a bypass for their anti-cheat.

ok here it is ,get MHS,use the script tool ,create a script that self-attaches MHS to cabalmain.exe while ignoring Anti-Cheat.dll and the other dll that stay's hidden.

If you didn't read the packet editing guide or the warning Nova gave us ,then I'll tell you,Cabal online+packet editing=you banned,bcoz the packets are encrypted and WPE PRO doesnt a encryption handling tool,now if you wanna know more just read the other posts.

as clearly as nova said, if you have a proxy that can decrypt packets AND re-encrypt them real-time, you can do anything.
so please, shut the **** up.
yes, it CAN be done, but it's very hard and troublesome for something you can achieve through easier methods.
go learn, kiddie.

First off all ,stop pressing the "ENTER" key after every idea you write,its retarded ,2nd ,dont tell a noob that he can do it via packet editing without mentioning the thing that's impossible without a tool which decrypts and encrypts back the packets,the first thing he'll think about is WPE PRO,obviously,there are more points to take into consideration,there's the time stamp and the padding,you cant just edit a packet and think you did it.And yes ,easier methods,you can do it via scripts,editing the client files,etc,wont brag more.
