Yeah its not english,but u can make it in english..
Copy the language.enc and NPC folder from any cabal p.server data file..

well i tryd gurucabal ,newcabal and pantip cabal well nothing special in pantip cabal and newcabal u statrt at dual trensender and 3 mils ,guru cabal u start whit 1 mil and nothing more... alos honor rank 8 ... but i need a server wher u statrt whit a high class rank like 10 or 13 if some one know please post here !@! thx

None of them is good enough... They are from the same owner, i guess, and the alz shop, if even exists, just smells like a...a bad pig.

The cash shop, of course, demands true money, i doubt you even can buy some credit with paypal or something like that. In addition to this, the lag should be such like a demon. Of hell. If you like, however, try a server where no one can express himself in english, go ahead.
