does Cabal great MS server have a virus on the client?

AVG keeps saying its a trojan, i myself think its a false posative, i hear avg gets that alot, specialy with online games. Anyways i just want to make sure so if anyone knows for sure that would be great

most of the private servers tell you to disable your antivirus before installing
thats the reason...false positives
