Yes, and as far as I know there are already +15 items around, like 4-5, all made with normal cores ^^

Do it right now, try to repack and start again, hope it works, my girlfriend want to play cabal, but so many servers just "****" because 1000 Reborn **** >_>

is there come a time that you will bring back the normal upgrade rates?
its kinda very easy, saw someone awhile ago did 1x +15 and 1x +14, and he said he just used around 60cores all in all.

NOoooooooo its good sir, no is too easy put +15... needs 200 +/- its fine sir not change please, only cause 2 players put +15 no is causa to change, look 80% of guys tried and cant pass of +11 ....
