I'll give it a try.

Have to get use to playing cabal since haven't played it for about a year. Been playing Aion official etc. :P

Low rate p.server is not such a good idea since the leveling in officials has gone far too easy already (compared to what exp I got in episode 2 officials). HOWEVER, x30 should be good, I guess.. but below x30 is kind of pointless.

You can make max level in a few days compared to a few months on the official one

We increased xp to 100x now for easier lvling.

exp rate was 30 before u increase it ? i would come play on your server but u increased rates, how about open another low rate server, i rly dont like fast lvling but im bored on eu version because of 5 x 180 chars, hope u answer me and think about open low rate serv. Greetings from Poland.
