upgrading rate is 100%,EoX+8 drop from PF boss, Lv99 armor+weapons drop in LS-MF-PF(unsloted,sloted,never saw a double slot till now),FCHighest and UCHighest drop in MF-PF

you don't have to restart. If its world_06 use search button DL and replace with your current one.
