The rates are for long term playing. We don't like our players to play at super high rates since it will kill the essence of the game and will get you bored easily.
Yes, The server is full English.

I think no one would play there, I am playing pServer couz I can get evrything very fast.
If not I play Cabal EU. makes more fun then on a pServer with **** rates

I dont belive that close to normal rates, unless drop is high will make a popular p-server.
