es funktioniert wirklich

den vorgehensweise von cabal8 beachten und alles so machen, mit language pack
dann diesen launcher laden, ins cabal root verzeichnis kopieren, alles überschreiben.
die launcher exe starten, cabalmain.exe auswählen und alles geht perfekt, keine lags, nichts !
