500x exp apparently is just fine under hardcore channels along with alz(if u need money just sell some boards, farm then in UG). Once u get some rr's under ur belt leveling is so fast. As far as skill exp yes would love to see it higher spending so much time leveling skill ranks sucks.

The exp and skill exp isn't too low, go kill your lv mobs and u going to get the complete line per mob, alz drop isn't like 1k, kill at channel 2 u get 100k per mob. Like aragorn said, u get 5m per board they drop easily at UG, after u've alot of reborns after you can kill boss at pf, try to collect all the bikes u can, u'll get 32m per bike at npc, it says 32k, but it's 32m after u sell it.

Using higher lvl skills yields more skill exp but takes longer to cast so it would be better if u raise the skill exp so ppl can use lower skills (even with full adept +2(3exp) armors and 2x adept +1 bracelets it still doesn't fill the whole line in trans) so ppl don't have to spend an annoying amount of time just to get dual trans.

This is just my 2cents and isn't meant to be offensive or a complaint. Feel free to pm me saying SHUT UP already
