CABAL EU Upgradin system - INFO

Hi guys, I'm curious to understand how upgrading with cores works. It's a client side system(hackin with CE) or works only server side(need packet editing)? There is a way to get around fail upgrading? or even to fail with no downgrade?
Post here every information u know about it. Just think, would be good to have +15 items with no fail, or +12(to be sure noone can doubt about your "luck").
Hope we can gathering lot of info here ^^ .

Usually everything like that is on the server side.

Never heard, seen or read anything about a perfect upgrade hack.
And if somebody would have one he wouldn't share it for sure.

ofcourse i dont want smbody share its own work...but at least to explain smthing...give some hints..so WHO can understand, and WHO master a programming language can try to write smth himself. I think that the aim of a forum is to share knowledge firt of all, so......hoping smone could share sm info with the community...otherwise this forum make no sense , doesn' it? ^^

Ya i get your point but i believe there is no one who knows how to make a 100% success hack for upgrading.

it would've been nice to have such a hack,but unfortunately the upgrading is server sided,in Const.scp and no1 can get there..

Look at the upgrade system like a big dice with 100 sides, 8 of them are WIN,the others are FAIL. Now you throw the dice(send/receive packet),which side will it be? The server will pick one of the sides, totally random,and give you the answer. That's where you come around,and make the server pick a WIN side or make more WIN sides,perhaps all of them.

are u sure...the only way is packed editing?...tell me if this could work:

Witch CE u could find the adress that count your current upgrade state? I mean +2 +3 +4 etc.....if it possible then come next part: have u ever fail to upgrade smthing from +2 to +3? If u dont know...even if u fail the items remain +2. I thought, there is any way to fix that state? i mean u fix the current state like it was +2, and u keep on upgrade your item, its stupid or does it make sense?(sorry if i didn explain my idea in a properly way)

sir, i am not familiar with programming languages and techniques but it comes to my mind.. how about the no entry tool hack concept? is it possible?

you may use safeguard kits but just before you click the upgrade button you will move your safeguard somewhere the server couldn't find and then click the upgrade and then got DC'ed and then maybe just MAYBE there will be two kinds of results:

1st is the item will be upgraded or;
2nd the item will fail to upgrade but remained in current status.

is it possible?

I'm pretty confident that this wouldn't work.

Since the roll happens in the server end, it's safe to assume that the server also maintains state information about your equipment and only tells the client whether the upgrade succeeded or not. Which means that ignoring fail packets on client end would only desync the client from the server but wouldn't affect the actual outcome at all (apart from what you see on your client). After relog your stuff would be as it was in the server end when you logged out - there's no packet edit, memory edit or a rain dance you could do to change the outcome.

If not, there's no point of doing the roll on the server end really.

Liebe Epvps ;) Ich habe eben ein autoit notepad gecodet!!!! Es ist ganz nützlich aber andererseits auch nicht xD Naja was kann das notepad??? Es erlaubt einem schnell au3 dateien zu erstellen und abzuspeichern!!! mit drin ist auch ncoh koda und die window info!!!
