if you don't pay to play u don't get nationwars, crafting, u get like - 50% exp, money skill exp...allon the site...

in the past time there were also several ip-restrictions in playing different cabal-versions, but as far as i know some users managed to use proxies in order to play cabal, so i dont think that this is the major problem here

Yeah cant wait either, i played cabal very enthusiastically in the closed beta <3
