Hello.I have one question.If i have cappela costume wi,possible to change efx of that costume to other costumes?

Yup, you have to find .efx file for capella costume
Search in \Data\EFX\(i think)

There is no such file for costumes ;3
All costumes/armors are in \Data\Object\Character\(wo)manX.ech.
Use Phantom*'s Blender script to see where is the costume you want,then use Yamachi's 010 item.enc template to switch the costumes. Where to find all those? Google them

No,you won't. All it's client side,which means that just you will see the effects,unless you give to others your edited files.

You don't need to edit files, you could just replace the item pointers, and it'll only work on yourself.
Screens from Paradox Cabal after latest update.
Transformed eox+8 into costume;p
