Blocking because of Alz purchasing

I'm playing in Cabal NA. I bought Alz and my account was blocked for 7 days. They did not open my account again after the expiry of the 7-day penalty period. I threw tickets, they respond by making copy and paste all the time and they say I should wait.

My punishment has already been 5 days. I expect an answer to the ticket that has been escalated for 3 days. Is there anyone who has experienced this condition before ? Because I was really angry and these idiots told me 7 days, but it has been 13 days.

they not unblocking your account..thts why most people buy gold on alt accounts and sell a FCH or FCHH for the amount you bought and make sure you have the yaketrina membership so you dont pay the 10% to npc

If they said 7 days must be 7 days. They can't change idea...
Probabily didn't unlock your account because was Easter. Try again ...you are in right anfter 7th day.
Next time, if you want continue to buy alz from alz seller, make something in shop
