The cool time was removed by modifying the coomtimeid in the skill.enc file.
However, There is a damage issue when adjusting cool time.
For example, If the actual cool time is 5 seconds, the initial skill will be 100% damage.
but not 100% when reused within 5 seconds.
After 5 seconds of actual cool time, only the skill performed will have a 100% damage.
Is there anything else I need to change besides comtimeid to 0??
