[ASK] HOW TO PLAY CABAL ON WINDOWS 10

Hi guys, could anyone pls tell me how to play cabal on windows 10 pro??
i try to play on 5 different server but it can't work at all.
try to disable AV, WIN Defender, Turnoff firewall, using VPN, but the game still won't to launch without any error code.

i also try set compability mode but again the game won't launch. pls help me.

i already on 1709 version. and ialready installed all cumulative update for 1709 version. but cabl still won't launch.
