as far as I know this tricky flag is what is triggered when you disconnect from the server due to some overusing with hacks. The server itself does not kick the user for 'flooding' with actions or sending invalid ones, but the client itself disconnects when either:
- it senses you are flooding or sending **** to the server
- the server sends a message saying 'you are sending me ****. disconnect please'.
