Cabal EU problem

Hello,
just began to play Cabal online (after a while) and getting problem like that:




Cabal update is not responding (all time) and cant move that.
Cant deal any damage to monsters, Dash wont start just dashing at the same pleace.

I am using Windows 10 (64-bit OS).
Tried to reinstall, but still same problem.

Would like to hear any solution or explanation why this problem shows

first delete your name on the screan you will get banned this way 2end go to the official cabal site and ask there
