Please help me config my SH(Cabal PH)

Please help me configure my SH PLEASE ^_^
(I already tried everything what i read in this forums, but still disconnected after 2-3mins)

Im Using CabalRider Only...
My current config: Speed=4 , SleepTime=5
(4bytes,exact value)

Im using Cheat Engine v5.4(is it the best version?)
(or shall i use the latest CEv5.5?)

My Specs:
Windows XP
AMD dual core 4200+(2.2Ghz)
1 gig mem
nvidia geforce 4 ata .. 8500T
512mb 32bit

Can anyone help me pls?
Please tell me whats wrong in my config?
Can anyone post their perfect SpeedHack config?

there's no way you could prevent from being disconnected because the server detects too much skill spam that's why it dc's you..

can they detect me even i used CabalRider through multiple disconnection?

cause i disconnected lots of times when im experimenting CE ^_^
(yet i didnt get any conclusions to my hyppthesis ^^)

there are other better way than using SH
like the other form of it..

find the no skill delay...
youll have longer period before you get disconnected
