Allready you can use CE or whatever hack you want :P
This files are permanently and they can't be patched or deleted.
I dont know how to scan it for viruses... if someone gimme a link

1. Download edited patch from here -

2. After downloading, paste the patch to your Cabal folder.
3. Right click on the rar file and choose "Extract here". Choose "Yes" to overwrite.
4. Replace the old internal.txt with Paradox's NEW/LATEST internal.txt file (Get it from any of their latest patch)
