[need some help]getting BM3

i have a char...lvl 123...class rank 12...skill rank a.master
i have buyed the skill book for bm3 but its for skill rank trancender...
any solutions to that problem?
(editing only skill-rank doesnt work)

If you used traner like k9 or fuji u can activate bm3,, how ? change class to 20 then change level 130 then change channel,, nits;done !!

no true. u cant even use that skill book. if u are not transcender so...please...
