Blader BM2 PROBLEM WITH NSD

Hi all, i have a problem. When i use the BM2 with my BL, the damage given is decreased so i see no difference between using or not NSD. Can you help me? Is it normal? Or do i have to set the time better? My actual time is 150 (using fuji trainer).
