Fastest way and probably the best way : Purchase Cabal Cash voucher and sell ingame.
Why?: You support the game (I assume you enjoy it) and you get alz quick.
Second best: Purchase alz from other players/companies
Third option: Farm for it, either legally or by using hacks to spam high lvl dungeons.
