cabal ph launcher problem ( abroad player )

i try everything to fix my cabal launcher in cabal ph .but i cannot find whats wrong with the game..my friends they play well now..i always get the error says

"fail to download server information please restart laucher"

itry eveerything..every time i play cabal ph i use vpn hotspot shield because im in america..but now i dont know how to fix this one.i cant even open the cabal ph forum .but my friends in philippines they can..i think my vpn doesnt work.or what?.i dont know!..and also i just format my laptop.but then again.same problem..

please help me guyz..

What's the solution bro.??? I use HSS as well.. my launcher updates complete but my gameguard wont loads... are we the only abroad players having this problem...?

i dont know my friend...i just follow these steps.


For Windows XP Users
1. Go to Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.
2. Click Properties, then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
3. Click Properties, a new window then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) will appear.
4. Click the Radio button for "Use the following DNS Server Addresses"
5. Set the Preferred DNS Address to 8.8.8.8
6. Set the Alternate DNS Address to 8.8.4.4
7. Press Ok, then execute the cabalmain.exe

For Win7/Vista Users
1. Press Start Button, Select Control Panel
2. On the Control Panel window look for the View By: (Upper right side of the window)
3. Click the Drop down arrow and Select "Small Icons"
4. Now, locate and click Network and Sharing Center on the list, you will be directed to the Network Sharing Center
5. Click the Local Area Connection(Middle Right of the window)
6. On the Local Area Connection Status window, Press Properties
7. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) the press Properties button
8. Click the Radio button for Use the following DNS Server Addresses
9. Set the Preferred DNS Address to 8.8.8.8
10. Set the Alternate DNS Address to 8.8.4.4
11. Press Ok, then execute the cabalmain.exe


but when i restart my laptop again...i cant connect again.but i just do anything.sometimes i can connect.but i forgot to activate my cheat.then i need to restart my client again..then BOOM restart client again..

i do have the same problem..i uninstalla and reinstall aganin the client but still having a failure to download updates..

**** cabal ahha they found a new way to monitor CHEATER's like via DNS... Be ware guys...

thats a GOOGLE dns server...you dont know anything

hes vpn have too much virus..just use hotspot shield.and you can play cabal ..

do you have internet explorer in offline? open your firewall and make one execption.. do you have D.E.P on ? if so turn it off.. A.V also ..
