cabal ph shout hack

im tired of waiting 10 sec to shout..theres to many of players shout too thats why my shout will be not read because theres too many peoples shouting in chanel 3..

if any one has a shout hack..can i have it too?.jus pm me tnx in advance

i know that..but i dont have load in max cabal ..i have load in cabal rider but cabal rider didnt work now
