I have got a bracelet lvl 115 (diamond bracelet) and wanted to up it to lvl 117 (shining bracelet). But i cant get it up.
Magicartisan @ market tells me to go to artisan wind in tc. But nothing happens, if I try to up it with artisan wind. He just hands me the bracelet and the met back and dont says a word :confused:
Do I have to spend dbs (weaponMaster)?
Can someone help me?
