[Help]Cabal PH via Proxy server

Hellow good day guys, i just want to ask how to use proxy server with cabal ph?

im using Ultrasurf its good for downloading/surfing the net but in games like this Cabal PH not..

is there another way to re-configure the connection setting of Cabal PH?

or is there a application i can use?
