Annoying Skill hack delay

sorry to bring this guys.. but i'm really ****-off, of this Skill hack delay, for Premium users, its really annoying that they can use this cheat in nation war and channels without getting error or disconnected from servers.. it is ok to have this cheat but when abusing it, will disconnected you from the server..

Premium users abuse this hack and kill characters including me in an instant is the most annoying for all gamers..

using this cheat makes Cabal a totally annoying and nonsense game anymore.. how can you beat a character that can cast a spell continuously and not even getting errors or disconnected by server..

if you have this kind of hack, why bother hunt for rare items that will make you strong when you can kill them in an instant?? and that makes CABAL a non-enjoyable online game.. im not saying don't use or remove it but please don't abuse it.., make this Hack limited only.. disconnected from server when abusing it..

please to the one that create this hack, edit and reprogram it, make it a limited hack only.. well i know others will not agree by me specially premium users but i think this hack goes to FAR..
