My 2¢ says that, hack was discovered to abused, if you won't abuse it, it is not a hack at all... you are still playing by the rule. It was found to be used, and using it is abusing.
Moreover, if you use that hack you are prepared for the consequences, one is getting banned.
What I'm trying to say is using a hack, bug, exploit or anything beyond "normal" to take advantage in game is what we called abusing. And "normal and consequences" is defined in the developer/publisher's rules, disclaimers statement, license agreement and legal statements.
If you are not prepared for the "consequence", please do not use it.
I'm not against this hacks, in fact I'm one of the abusers.
Furthermore, abusing get worst when 10 people who knows the hack becomes 1000. That is when the developer/publisher of the game get alarmed and do something about the issue.
