You got a ban because they put a check on all the MCL files? I think you did too much NSD or no CD stuff, which caused you to get a ban, instead of the MCL error getting you banned, correct me if I am wrong;p
I tried it on EU with a dummie account, I don't think it gets logged, since it also can happen that you just have corrupt files, which should not lead to a ban.
