questions like those should be asked in the official forum but since I'm here I'll answer you .
1st thing : in cabal weapons and armors are not per level . you must have a good build to wear them .
and 2nd thing : your question . at level 100+ I suggest you wear redosmium or mithrill . but you cannot buy those from npc so you must hunt for them or buy from other players
