View Equipment Mem Address

I heard that it is possible to find the memory address to be able to view everyone's gear regardless of whether they allow it or not. I have been trying to find it but I got frustrated lol. If anyone has any methods they think could work, they would be appreciated.

Do nation hack... Search forums how to do it... Then change value to 3 then try to view others equipment
