no, they don't send it to all players. from what i saw it's only sent to ones who actually hack, so if you get a warning it means they're onto you
also you don't need to have a warning before you get banned, i was banned yesterday on a twink without a warning :/ and it wasn't just me who got banned from what i heard, so looks like hawk is looking up the dungeons again

thanks for reply sir but i think they send them to all online player in that moment.. coz someone told me he receive GM warning but hes not using any 3pp
I got the same mail a month ago, submitted ticket and they answered that my account was okay, but that mail was just a warning to stop my "activity" or else i will be perma banned.
The reason they sent me that mail was 'cuz i got 2nd place on LiD Top10..forgot i had to wait a minute before i kill the Faello xD
P.S. a few days after the incident, my time was deleted from the Top10

I had 1st place on LiD with 2seconds finish, got insta perma ban on 5 of my accounts that day..
Received new ban today, 10th account blocked, oh well..

Seems like they really try to avoid banning costumers now or maybe their playerbase decreased already significant

I have recently had an bl 17x and donated 60+ euro s and was using only no entry hack + no delay in bm3 and I was reloging and never dced while i was doing no delay.
So I will just wait for their answer.

But it must have a certain pattern, otherwise it wouldn't make sense. Just warning a few users and the rest they ban straight without a warning.

I noticed that speed/no-cast/no-cooldown/sp/timer and no-entry hacks got a higher priority and probability of receiving bans.Wallhack and AoE from CabalRider, although are bannable in most cases you can walk away with it with warnings or a temporary 3 or 7 day ban.
One of my buddies got banned for 7 days by Hawk for botting in PF.He was actually caught by him, had 2 whispers telling him to stop using the bot and that the ban was a first warning.I might have the SS he made on my HDD, ill check for it.
I was banned twice for no delay, the first was a warning, and the 2nd one is permanent ban. And i still can log in to the game, GM says nothing on ticket.
I did some no delay spamming (not much tough, it was like 2dc's, then 20min nothing, then 2dc's) and botting on the char, I did notice a lot of CR bots on that spot as well, so probably got a ban for botting, had no warning this time.
