Cabal EU [ +15 Glow Weapons ]

Any idea or tutorial how to do it? I tried some files but cannot do it

Actually memory editing the + of the item would cause the glow, so just edit their + in CE to 15.

Or change the weapon skin in your cabal folder.
But all you can do will just be visible for yourself not for others on the server.

how to do that in CE?

scan for the + your weapon has, then upgrade it and scan again for the result...
keep doing this and then you'll get the adress for the + grade of that weapon, but only that one, no other weapons so you have to do it again for the rest of your gear, each item has their own adress

Yeah, but thing is, the armor glow is pulled via enc references once the item is +15, it's not in the same area as the meshes and textures for the armors, so the only way possible to make armors glow without actually plusing them is memory editing the value. And it's also cool cause only your items glow, if you replace the *.EFX files for the +15 glow everyone's weapon will glow :P
