CABAL PH base address[QUESTION/REQUEST]

basing what addresses i see on a ct i have, most hacks fall on this address prefix 06XXXXXXXX-07XXXXXXXX range.
no bm cooldown on 1CXXXXXXXX range.
gm aoe real range on 00FXXXXXX(cabal ph) range.
and 2 addys on this range 17XXXXXXX-18XXXXXXX

my little brain starts to function but still wants to ask question.
is there a base address on every address range i've posted?
i know there is ! but i got no idea where am i goin to start !
reason of asking is related to ep8. some hacks changed address and changed their search procedures. need a little help from guys in ph. and tips from na, eu and de are most likely welcomed !

1. View Memory
2. Search--->Find Memory
3. Set "Array to Scan" 00000000 - 7FFFFFFF
4. Search "(Array of) Byte" CCCC53565733FF
5. Ctrl+G (Go to the address of the search result)
6. First jump points to the base address

that is the base address of basic pointers. (combo,level,class,etc)

try this for GM and AOE

GM - 5F5E8D0C24680401000051
AOE - 8BEF8BC303FE2BEE2BC603DE

Range = AOE - 4 (hex)

Per episode per host I think.

Since:
NA ep7 had different base + offset than EU ep7.
DE (same host as EU) ep5 had different base + offset than EU ep7.
IT (same host as EU) ep7 has same base + offset as EU ep7.

so

PH ep8 has different base + offset than NA ep8 and EU ep7

but

DE/IT/FR/ES has same base + offset as EU ep7
