can someone help me with no cooldown hack

i have read so many threads but still dont work with me in cabal ph


"No Cooldown" - (still dont work for me)
1. Go to CE, Memory View (that button over your Cheat Table)
2. Right button over the address list, press 'Go to address'
3. Look for address 0856AF1
4. Right click on it -> Replace with code that does nothing
