Cabal will not start???

hey all
i donwload the client from official site and i installed and patched it. all ok.
but later when i will start the game it says
".....cabal.enc is corrupted"
and i can not play although i could paly this game 4 mounths ago
pls help

try uninstall then re install..

it works with me,hope it works with you..

yeah thx it works
but after gameguard check window come nothing!!!
why?
the game will not start
