Need info about CabalNA

I heared people with bot dont get banned in NA. Is that true?
I heared that GM's dont pay attention to stuff like that.

and if I change my IP adress can I play in NA?

Im a EU player.

These are rumours....Cabal_NA has alot more strict GMs because its hosted by EST directly, no NA don't have many bots like EU...Cabal rider does not even support CabalNA or any EST hosted version I guess.

GMs actively ban users if they are not careful (Getting disconnection flag ect)...and also cabalna has direct report section on forums to GM....

so any day you see a bot/hacker you can post it in that thread and GM will ban it within few days or so if there is proof ect....

Only bots that exist in NA, are there because they are not reported by a player most likely, or not detected by GM. GM might not do patrol but the numbers of bots are pretty low in CabalNA.

Last, yes you can play in NA with changing IP, but there would be some lag as you can imagine because your client's connection is routed through proxy server before reaching cabal server.... One program I can recommend to you is "proxycap" and then google "socks5 proxy US" and plug in the proxy IP to proxycap, and set rules for cabalmain.exe TCP&UDP, and maybe gameguard.des gamemon.des files too if you wanted but I don't think those are necessary, only cabalmain.exe rule is needed so your IP is routed. After setting rules/proxies you should have settings looking like following:

Then just goto Proxycap Icon at bottom right hand in taskbar and right click then click "enable", after this you should have no problem connecting to whatever version you wish, but will be lag compared to playing in EU without proxy...

Also don't bother using those IPs, many are old and probably down. I just google the IPs from sockslist and add then see which works...

I guess I will stick with EU.

I didnt want to play in EU cause I got banned

They never gonna show you any proof but most probably they have a screenshot or a video of you botting because they do not ban without a valid proof (don't ask me why i know it but i do). Well there were/are some corrupt GMs which banned certain people.

@zeke____: Ya proxycap is an awesome program, i was using it myself to play on NA (actually it was called Cabal Global back then) and on Vindictus NA, i'm not sure if this method works as well on Cabal NA but after i'm logged in to Vindictus NA. i disable the .exe rule and i can play with my normal internet connection without dcing (i didn't test it for Cabal NA).

Yea it works the same for cabal, just need it to get logged in, then you can play normal with proxy disabled. I've only used it on cabal global server before it merged with NA, and EU server to test fixedmain.exe; love it though its perfect for avoiding region restriction.

Its also useful on local versions of cabal too if you want to keep your real IP clean from any alternate account adventures

. Probably don't have to worry about that as much in EU, but NA they will ban your main account if you do enough stuff on alternates lol.

I used it on cabal global because i wanted to see the title system (ages ago ;p).

Ya that's for sure, it's good to stay anonymous in any game but of course you shouldn't disable the .exe rule if you want to be undercover

Actually i prefer Proxifier over proxycap but some games detect it already as a hacking tool :/ Atm i'm using Proxyfirewall (a pretty decent program but it only works on win xp). Proxycap is for sure the best choice for win7 users.

i still not quite understand .. how do i plug in proxy into proxycap? im in the uk and i wanna play cabalsea ..

Google "

" for one of the countries in that region, add the proxy IP to the list, enable proxycap in taskbar at bottom of screen....and add cabalmain.exe as rule for that proxy.. To add click the outline of square box to the left of the "red X" button....

I can't hold your hand, just mess around with it, you can't really mess anything up by clicking anything on the user interface.... lol plug-in appropriate IPs and rules for cabalmain.exe to apply.

For me it's creating lag but it's a one of the ways you can connect to the NA... also switching there is madness if you thing you'll live easy with a bot...

Can anyone help me out on finding Socks5 Proxy for Europe ips? I'm having a REAL HARD time finding any that work. I can get to the select server screen but cant get passed that point.....

Also The proxy Program doesnt let me enter IP only Hostname? and some sites have hostname and ip so im not sure which one to enter.

The hostname is the IP. Once passed log in screen you can disable proxy cap by right clicking in cornor the proxycap icon at bottom right hand cornor of screen on taskbar, and it will let you stay logged in, ofc if you try to re-log you'll need euro IP to get passed login page, after that its fine to turn off.

Euro IPs can be found using google, nobody is going to beable to give you a socks5 proxy thats up 100% of the time but there are some pretty reliable ones if you look around enough.

example: 176.34.248.142 9050 nl Netherlands, but this IP probaby wouldn't be up still by the time you view this reply. I use specific sites that update proxies regularly, but google will give you most of these socks5 proxy sites anyway so I don't see where your having trouble finding one, even though you can disable after logging in, you realize that if a GM sees your IP is from NA somehow, they will most likely terminate your account on the spot with no exceptions.

Thank you guys i got in but i lag even after turning off the proxy. I'm not sure if its my connection (40 Down/5 UP) or my crappy laptop lol... I do lag less in NA not sure tho. What settings can i use to reduce lag? i tried reducing gamma, shadow, and weather.
