Cabal Rider PH Config Help please :D

Can anyone help me about setting up the config for my CR in PH. I'm kinda confuse on how and what numbers should i put for each settings. And one more thing, is that there's currently an event ongoing and a event item is needed but when my bot loot the event item, it was placed in my inventory individually rather than to be stack for each. Can anyone help me about the item filtering?

Its hard to explain in words.. haha

But you can change the item loot settings. I forgot how but ill try to make a screen shot for you
