Cant Run Cabal Twice at one pc

Hey Guys

i have a little problem to run cabal twice on 1 pc >.<
I try to run it over vmplayer - didnt work
as a second user - didnt work
sandboxi - didnt work
some other solutions - dont work >.>

Can u help me pls?
