This will require a client update (update_406) which will be available via the patcher and a manual patch on the website.

Hmmm, do they only fix the Diamond-Premium problem or something else, too?
And what do you think, will CabalRider & co. work after this patch or do they need an update?

Cabalrider needs an update, because they changed something with the coordinates and the bot dont attacks anymore.
