How to play Cabal PH from Dubai UAE?

Guys,

Can anyone please teach me or tell me how can I play Cabal PH while im on Dubai? Due to regional settings of Cabal PH, it cannot be played outside of the Philippines but some people are using programs or proxies to play. Others use VPN services which are almost all of them are blocked in the UAE. Hotspotshield VPN is working for me just to login on cabal, but its unstable and laggy. I have 8mbps connection and delay is still there while using Hotspotshield.

I've read some forums and other players are saying that they can play here in the UAE by using Proxifier and HTTP Tunnel which I cannot configure properly. Can anyone please teach me on how to use this programs or any means on how to play Cabal PH here in the UAE.. Thanks a lot

go to cabal ph forums search there how to ip mask it will allow you to play cabal ph anywhere in the world pls hit tnx if i helped you^_^
