[Information] New section in Cabal (Cabal PServers)

I pmed lowfyr about a new section in Cabal. The section will be about Cabal PServers. (a new discussion section)

Why?
Because we loose here in Main Discussions the overview. Too many threads about PServers are opened. The Cabal Main Discussions / Questions should contain only questions about the game, hacks,... and discussions.

I don´t know. lowfyr didn´t give me this information. He does his job and he won´t forget our section. As soon as he can we will have an another section.
