CE question with Cabal

I didn't really know if this was the place to ask it, but I am using and I found
the address for the cool down and I know youre supposed to make it stay at 1
but really don't know how. I've tried switching it but it just simply changes back.
I'm sorry if this is like a low level question or not really allowed here, it has just
been playing with me for hours.

to keep it from changing u have to check the box to the left. by checking the box means ur freezing the adress ( value ) the new CE 6.1 dont have the word "Freeze" so u dont know wat the boxes are for if u havent used CE before.

actually cooldown i think is hard to get. u should try no skill delay. search around in forums for how to i forgot XD. it dcs u if u spam too fast tho. and also each adress is unique. it changes everytime u close cabal. but once u find 1 adress, the rest are always the first 4 digits that way u can find the adreses easier. ^^ hope that helps

I'd just love the thought of tons of meteorite skills on a boss xD
