no i dont know

i only find armors for blader, other items mithril dont drop for blader and wizard (i wasn't sawed any items)

maybe try to buy other items in 3rd red button, from left to right (in shop), there is selling armors and epaulettes

War-*** heavy helmet and armor shield swordsman-Suit
War-*** heavy hard helmet shield swordsman-Head
War-*** heavy war boots shield swordsman-Feet
War-*** heavy glove shield swordsman-Hands

go to =>
log in acc => in right corner press 1st button on the tab => choose character => and press button below your character name
SCREENS[HOW TO]:

chinese text translate[used ''google translate'']:
Grade reached 50[i think it means your character must be lvl 50 to get 1kk mac coins], could receive 0 attributes, 50000 game currency, 1000000 Mac coins, five members of the corresponding levels and props

Edit: i think that means your character lvl is too small for getting Mac coins
