It's true..in any MMO there are Gold(-Alz) Sellers, it's a big business in China.

No problem.

On elitepvpers we have an own trading section for Cabal Online and there are normal players selling their alz aswell (but be careful there are scammers, better use a middleman if you want to buy).

I guess your question is answered.
