Is there cabal is like global ???
Yes, it may be a stupid question but I'm still not sure, and i was wondering if there is a global cabal online that will work, it doesn't have to actually be global but like most ip's outside there areas that will work. Please help me thank, sorry if i spelled the title wrong. It's supposed to say '' is there cabal thats like global'' (and i don't want to play on a private server)
