After level 60-70 growth goal stats wont change anymore. It depends if you want to be more PvP based or PvE based archer.
Here is table what shows what stats u got from each point to add either STR/INT/DEX.

If you are going to be more PvE based than u should add more points to dex, because it gives the best def rate. If you are going to be more PvP then add more points to Int, because it gives more magic attack.
