how can it be yokis server? hes not chinese nor japanese. he cant be the creator, its just another chinesse server. what r the rates?

1 - Because Yoki is the admin and he develope the server from other resource. (Who cares about the other resource anyway. he did open the server w/o lag)
2- It's not japanese for *** sake. it's chinese.
3- Search this forum and you'll find it.

all rates is 100x except skill 9999x.
The rate will change in this week. it's 100 because he just want to test it. Yoki will raise the rate later.

p/s: only people who supported him from the beginning can play the server atm.
