CabalRider + VM??

Hello, Im using a Windows7 with a 64 bit.
And i know it doesn't work in some cases, so heres my question :

If I will use Virtual Machine to use this bot will it slow my PCs performance? when not running the VM?

Also can It harm my PC?

No and no but ofc it will take your performance meanwhile you have a virtual pc running.
