call your ISP. usually they can reset your IP

well 1. call your isp and see if they can do an ip change for free 2. if that doesnt work unplug your modem and prey to *** that your ip isnt static assigned and someone else gets it and if all else fails connect to cabal via proxy that or get wifi card and use an open network which isnt stealing because their ilegally projecting wireless signals into your house and as the houses owner or person that lives in it lol you have the legal right to do whatever you want in it. its like me trying to rob you and i loose my item in your house... theres no way i can claim it as mine when i was the theif haha

Follow the below steps for changing IP address in Windows XP:
1.Start->Run->Cmd->Press Enter
2.Type in "ipconfig/release" for Current IP address and
3.Then type "ipconfig/renew" for New IP address .
Or if you want to change your network IP address,
If it is static IP,you cannot change it.Static IP will not change even when you reset the modem.You have to contact your Internet Service provider(ISP) for changing static IP.If your IP address is dynamic,it will change whenever you reset the modem.Before or after changing your IP address,you can check it using Ip-details.com .
